What is Calvary Fellowship Edmonton?

Calvary Fellowship Edmonton logo

We believe in Jesus Christ as our Savior and desire to share His redeeming love with others. We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, which He gave to us so that we can know Him. Because of that we go through the Bible verse by verse, chapter by chapter, book by book.

Whether you are a follower of Jesus or someone who is seeking to know more about Him, we welcome you to join us on Sunday afternoons as we go through the Bible in a teaching format with Q&A/discussion.

1st Timothy 3:16-17

"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."

Our current study is through the book of Galatians.

We welcome you to join us as we are going through this book verse by verse. This epistle was written by Apostle Paul to the churches in Galatia region. This book, together with book of Romans has been considered a backbone of reformation. Galatians has been called "Declaration of Independence of christian liberty". This book has been even called "Luther's book" because Martin Luther relied so strongly on this letter in his preaching. This book clearly teaches us about God's saving grace and that salvation is not something we earn but something that is given to us by God. We would like to invite you to join us on Sunday's as we study this book. It will be a great and encouraging time as we grow together in the knowledge of Him and His word!

We meet Sundays at 2pm at 8420-145 Street

in the chapel at St. Timothy's in Laurier Heights.
